When located in the posterior mediastinum, these cysts may cause symptoms such as dysphagia and dyspnea due to compressive effects. Therefore, although uncommon, mediastinal localization should be considered in the differential diagnosis of cystic mediastinal masses. Keywords : mediastinal cyst, branchial cleft cyst, images
