"Pulmonary hypoplasia" is typically detected in newborns and infants, while it is rare in adults. In this paper, we present a case of pulmonary hypoplasia in a 47-year-old female patient who had hemoptysis and refractory pulmonary infection. Keywords : pulmonary hypoplasia, bilateral, adult
