These tumors may develop at various anatomical sites, including the respiratory system, most commonly involving the chest wall and posterior mediastinum. Primary tracheobronchial schwannomas are exceedingly rare. In this report, we present the case of a 22-year-old male patient with an endotracheal schwannoma originating from the carina and extending into the trachea.
