The average age of diagnosis is 7 years old and it is mostly located in the posterior mediastinum (37.5%). Here we present a 10-year-old girl with a giant thoracic ganglioneuroma. The tumor was resected via posterolateral thoracotomy. With our case report included, there are 10 cases of surgically treated pediatric giant intrathoracic ganglioneuroma.
